I had some twinges early this morning that felt different from other cramping sensations so far and made me think that things could be moving soon. Yesterday I did a circuit workout that included jumping jacks and ab work. I felt fine during and after, but from the time of the end of IVF stimulation through the pregnancy test, through, now, I have been sticking to low impact exercises like swimming, walking and the bike trainer. I thought maybe something that put a little more stress on my body (but not too much, I did take it easier than past workout habits) would induce something.
I also started taking my basal body temperature again to monitor for a drop in temperature that might signal the onset of the m/c. My temps had been hovering around 98.3-98.4 last week, and this morning dropped to 98.0. AF usually shows up when my temps drop down to 97.8 or so.
Getting closer.
