Probably would help for me to write that, too...
Sucks not having control, totally counter intuitive. Aren't we taught, if you want something, you work towards it and you get it?!

Completely understand your frustration.
We're also unexplained and have been trying with IVFs, IUIs and acupuncture + herbs. My story is vaguely similar to yours in that I also have a very light period and it's also very short.
Things have improved a bit with the herbs and by (oddly enough) gaining a bit of weight, even though I'm nowhere near being close to underweight -- just normal. I actually think that has helped me a lot.

I totally get your frustration! That is one of the hardest things for me to deal with is my complete lack of control over my own body! I want to be able to feel like I can DO something! But my body has proved over and over that is has a mind of its own and I have no control over it.
this made me laugh so hard. maybe that wasn't the intent, but oh how that is exactly what my mind does sometimes. ... maybe i need to sit down and actually write it out.
