My first trip to the bathroom this morning: nothing on the pad I wore to bed as a precaution because I was feeling crampy last night. But when I wiped there was a large dark red clot, the first blood red I have seen so far.
So this could be the start of something. I don't have consistent cramps as of yet, though, so it could be a few more days.
I did go to acupuncture yesterday afternoon. She worked the "forbidden" points. I think I will make another appointment with her if the miscarriage doesn't happen by the end of the week. If it does happen in the next couple of days, then I think I will make follow-up appointments with her until my beta drops to zero, in case she can help expel all of the tissue and prevent the need for a d&c.
She also mentioned working my sacral area after the miscarriage for future pregnancy. When I told her that I did 3 months of "aggressive" acupuncture treatment for fertility prior to beginning medical treatment she asked, "And you didn't get pregnant naturally?" I wanted to laugh. Even so, I sort of like her and I am open to a new approach in the next month or so as we wait for our FET cycle.

Sounds like the start to me- hopefully soon!
Sounds very promising but as I've said mine took a full week from the first clot and first red blood, so you still might have to give it a little time. Hoping it's as quick and painless as it can be!
I hope this is the beginning of things getting moving.
